We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our very first children’s book, Leo Roars: A Brave Lion’s Guide to Beating Panic Attacks. This inspiring story is part of our Brave Minds: CBT Stories for Children series, where evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques are woven into engaging, relatable adventures for young readers.

Leo Roars follows the journey of Leo, once the bravest lion in the jungle, who loses his roar after a panic attack. With the guidance of Wise Owl and Elephant, Leo learns how anxiety works and discovers practical ways to calm his mind, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and find his courage again.

This unique chapter book is designed for children aged 8–12, offering story-driven CBT exercises to help them understand and manage anxious feelings. Each chapter also includes practical tools for parents, making it an invaluable resource for families, educators, and therapists who want to support children’s mental health in a warm, accessible way.

With Leo Roars, we hope to show that therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating it can be empowering, creative, and even fun
